I think we’ve all had slot car tracks from time time!
I remember the Hobby Shop in St.Catharines built a huge mult-lane monster back in the 60′s when the craze was at its height!
Ken Winkler from Winnipeg, who listens to Raceline on Super Station 68 CJOB has built a beauty that just might bring the craze back!
Huge road course AND a drag strip!

Mine was never this big or sophisticated!
Ken told me he built it after his son lost his battle with cancer, so this is a legacy to him with a lot of love.
Nice work Mr. Winkler, some of the REAL places should look so good!

Very cool. Thank you for sharing this with us. I’m sure most of us had tracks when we were kids and while I was proud of my Daytona layout with the banked turns(I had to wait 6-8 weeks delivery for…..)I had nothing close to this kind of detail. Well done sir.
