The Chilliwack school board wants to know what parents think about having a two week spring break next year.
There is a survey on the district website asking parents whether they are in favour and what issues might arise if the two week break is implemented.
Chilliwack tried the two week break a couple of years ago but negative reaction from parents and support staff halted the experiment after one year.
However because of the timing of the Easter holiday next year staying with a one week break means students will come back from the break for just four days before being off for another four.
