Earlier this week me and the GF were travelling down Hospital St. during the afternoon rush, which when moving 10 feet at a time can certainly be a frustrating experience.

We were travelling in the left lane and heard a truck in the right lane repeatedly rev his engine and brake hard.

Luckily, for the sake of the story, we were able to get a good glimpse of what was happening.

The engine rever was upset because the car in front of him was taking to0 long to turn. Once past the car, the engine rever also gave the car the very long look back in his very intimidating white sunglasses.

The kicker to this story is that the car was turning INTO THE HOSPITAL!

As if this person may not have enough on their mind either visiting someone who is sick or is sick themselves now this douchy arsehole is road raging at them for delaying them by a matter of seconds.

And that is really all it is, a matter of seconds. If you freak out over someone delaying you by seconds, you seriously need to re-evaluate your life.

Vince Neil rocked the Casman Centre on Saturday night. In spite of being under the weather, the Crue frontman and a stellar backing band pulled off an impressive set.

Vince looked pretty good, he has slimmed down, he moved around well and most importantly he can still hit the high notes.

Violet D’Mello and her husband Archie went out to celebrate her 60th birthday party at an animal refuge.

Everything started off fine.

But then the supposedly tame beasts turned on her.

With blood pouring from her head, other tourist attempted to scare the big cats off as park attendants fought to free her.

Now that may lead you to wonder, “where was her husband while all these other people were fighting for his wife’s life?”

Well, he was taking these pictures of course.

These types of establishments are the type that I certainly would frequent. If their signs are this funny I would imagine the bartender and waitresses are likely a delight.

This is Tom Gabel of the band Against Me!

Tom has a reputation as one of the most prolific and creative songwriters in modern day punk rock and Against Me! have developed on of the most fiercely loyal fan bases in all of rock n’ roll. They have also experienced mainstream success appearing on many late night shows as the musical guest and opening for the likes of Green Day and playing several major festivals.

This week Tom Gabel has announced that he has always privately dealt with gender dysphoria and he has begun to undergo the process of transition by taking hormones and undergoing electrolysis treatment.

She will then be known as Laura Jayne Grace.

A move like this in the macho world of rock n’ roll is incredibly brave. When you consider she is likely putting her career on the line, more than twenty years of incredibly hard work and success in an industry where only a small fraction of those have ANY measure of success.

Kudos to you Laura. Only those who have walked in your shoes can judge you.
