On November 10th, Edmonton born stuntman Ryan Stock is going to attempt to break his third Guiness World Record by suspending 110lbs from a sword…that he swallowed. It’s to celebrate the 1st birthday of theVAULTmagazine in Peace River. It’s going down at Rivers Bar & Grill.

The NHL and Players Association ARE talking again, so that’s a plus.

It seems to me all of the talks have been a bit secretive, but not the case with this one!

SO here’s the story: Green Day had their set cut in half so Usher could have more time at this “I heart music Festival.” Billie is drunk and freaks out majorly and then he and Mike smash their gear.

Are you serious Billie, come on this doesn’t make you cool, this makes you look like a whiner baby. Give them a reason to give you more time, make your show un-missable. (not a word, but I don’t care.) I know you think your history gives you the right to more time, but keep on proving yourself! You can watch his rant here, but I warn you it’s FULL of f-bombs and makes you angry after, or at least annoyed.

So that’s that, he did check into rehab, so I hope it helps him just get back to producing good music, putting on grreat shows, and loving what he does.

Are you kidding me this actually happened?

Kevin and Cliff mentioned this was going to happen last week, then it got cancelled, then rescheduled for yesterday, and it actually happened!

Some guy (Felix Baumgartner to be exact) jumped from a capsule at the edge of space (128,000 feet up) and plummeted to the earth at the speed of sount (mach 1.24) and lived to tell about it. Don’t believe me, you can watch the video right here!

In fact there’s a whole website (Click the purple words to see the site) dedicated to this “Red Bull Stratos” project. I spent a solid 4 hours on the site, just to warn you, it’s soooo interesting!

This Felix Fellow seems like quite the interesting character as well! I’d like to have lunch with him! You can see some of his quotes on twitter if you follow @RedBullStratos.

So let me get this straight, we have to throw out all our meat bought in the past little while due to e-coli poisoning risks, we can’t eat mini-wheats due to pieces of metal found in the product (“cool” video about that), and now salmonella in SALAD!
