   The worst municipality in the industrialized world! The fact that it’s also the nation’s capital makes it doubly embarassing. Always targeting the weak and disadvantaged. The home of true hypocrisy.

   What people put into their bodies should be of no ones concerns so long as it does not harm others. I can understand concerns over second hand smoke but why not modify it so these people who are likely addicted to nicotine are allowed to smoke outside? As I recall did you not at one point smoke Randall?
