Remember the cops are too busy giving out speeding tickets for 5kmh over and doing traffic blitzes to make sure drivers are letting cyclists rule the roads. They don’t fight real crime anymore do they.
- AdamThis is total BS, how is this not an example of negligence? Its a child who can’t even stand up let alone speak, let alone hold in its own spit. What the hell is wrong with us as a society where this kind of thing is acceptable? These people sound like they do not deserve to be parents, I mean seriously.
A child is not a toy doll one can put back on the shelf and take out at ones convenience, its a real living human being with needs.
Since the cops can’t or won’t do their job about this (surprise surprise)why not list the parents names or show a photo? Both of these people deserve to be bitch slapped and receive a brand new foot in the a**
These people make me sick to my stomach, I hope both of you are proud. I hope you choke on your pride Mr and Mrs Proud parent
- TonyCan I ask what the difference is between this and the woman in Rockland? People were quick to defend her…….
- AnonymousJust a note:
Randall asked if someone needs to get hurt/die to be charged with negligence. The answer is yes. From a basis of law, because no one was hurt, there was no negligence.
If I leave exposed wires dangling I can’t be charged with negligence unless they hurt someone. Otherwise the assumption is that I can claim I was in control of the situation.
I also don’t think this should change to deal with one off’s like this. If the assumption is that if someone COULD be hurt then you are to be punished it would mean anything you do would be negligent. Let a kid ride their bike? Negligent. You can’t prove they couldn’t possible hurt themselves in a serious manner so you are guilty.
Rather than changing the definition of negligent we just need to make it a crime to leave a baby unattended in a car.
- IsaacWhile I completely understand what you mean about segregating the girls, I am caught between the understanding of why we founded this country in order to have freedom of rights and religion.
Example: Jewish rituals of barmitsva’s.
We do not have any problem with allowing the Jewish religion to have a young boy at 13 to have his foreskin removed in the name of religion if the boy did not get it done at birth. (By the way is circumcision is “free” for Jewish people only now). Please do not say it is not the same thing because circumcision is very painful for a boy or manlater in life if they need to get it done.
all in all I think removing religion completely from schools that are public operated is correct thing to do.But you still have the fact that teh parents would require her to be segrageted in the name of thier religion once a month……….mmmmm
its like peanuts in the lunches all over again……..
let them build there own schools like the catholics so they can do what they want until the girl turns sixteen and can then can speak for her self !
Then if they have anything to say about it she can gegt help from the authorities.
