There’s a new distracted driver blitz on presumably prevent us from taking our eyes off the road to focus on the radio but the city has allowed the installation of these ultra bright big screen TVs on the side of the road to play us explicitly attention grabbing ads.
Would an advertisement designed by professionals not be worse than a radio designed to minimize distraction by only showing the pertinent detail to get to back to the job of driving?
There are times I wonder if people will ever stand up and get fed up of this hypocrisy when money is being slipped into a back pocket.
