The city is weighing their options on building a cross walk at Ross avenue and Toke street for traffic and pedestrian safety.
The issue was brought forward to council in early January, to allow the growing number of pedestrians to safely walk accross the street.
Director of public works and engineering, Luc Duval said, having a cross walk would improve traffic and pesdestrian safety.
The city is currently doing traffic surveys to see if a traffic light is a viable option.
