The Wolves took advantage of a Barrie Colts team missing seven players, winning 4-2 last night in Sudbury.
The Colts started the game off with a goal in the first and Sudbury responded early in the second tying the game with a goal by Sam Schutt.
It was in the third period that the Wolves took the lead and secured the victory with goals from Alex Racino, Michael MacDonald and an empty netter from Joshua Leivo in the final minutes.
The Sudbury Wolves went 1-for-6 on the power play while Barrie went 2-for-6.
The local juniors host the Belleville Bulls tomorrow night at the Sudbury Arena.
Puck drops at 7:35pm.
