The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad has requested the public’s assistance in locating a 44-year old man wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole. He was orginally serving 2-years and 6-months for sexual assault in London, Ontario back in 2004. Kenneth Froude is described as 5-foot-11, 152 pounds, with brown eyes and greying hair. He is known to frequent the northern Ontario communities of Iroquois Falls and Timmins as well as London and the Greater Toronto area.
