Mission Accomplished

If you’re a regular to this blog, first of all, my apologies for putting up with me. Secondly you’ll know that my last blog was a link to my Dusters for Dollars page where myself and 7 other hairy gentleman raised it and then shaved to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society.
Sara Phipps, the gal who got everybody together set a collective goal of $15,000 and I’m proud to say that because of your donations, we raised just over $17,000. Thank you very much for your donations and following through on my end of the deal, here’s a before and after pic of my ugly mug.

Well, the writing isn’t in stone but it might as well be as I’m now an official Team Member of Dusters for Dollars, a fundraiser for Cancer research and I’m saying so long to all my facial hair as will fellow Rock 105.3 jock and soon to be hairless counterpart, Ian Sharek.
For the last 10 years of my life, my face has been graced with some form of facial hair and only after getting approval from the Lawdy Mama have I been given the green light to offer my chin and cheeks to the rays of sunshine, should I reach my goal of $5000.
I’m asking for your help, hence this very easy-to-donate link.
