Here’s how things will break down for Team Canada Men’s Hockey after their defeat of Germany, 8-2 yesterday.
Our boys have their work cut out for them, starting this afternoon at 5 (And yes, we will be airing all of the Men’s hockey games). Canada will take on their arch nemesis, the Russians, a team they haven’t beat in the Olympics since we got the Silver in 1960.
Following that win, Canada will advance to the semi-finals and will more than likely play Sweden, which will happen on Friday.
Sunday will mark the final day of the 2010 Winter Games and the gold medal game of men’s hockey which will see Canada defeat the States, right?
And again, if you’re putting in time and the boss isn’t giving you the time off, here at the world headquarters, Peter Maher will be presenting the play by play of all of Team Canada’s hockey games, with the pre-games firing up at 5 pm, for the most part.
