THE FUTURE The game tonight and until 82 is all about evaluation. Who stays and who goes. Let's start from back to front. Kipper stays for now obviously but will be traded this summer. His best value is now and Leland is ready. Defense: keep, mark G and jay B (know one would take him now with contract). Brody is a go. Everyone else is on the fence. Forwards: really not sure who stays?? Cammalleri has to stay, Backland has to stay. Keep Blair Jones, and Comeau and Glencross. Anyone over 30 is on the fence and this club needs to change big time. It will need to be baby steps. The rebuild will not happen over night. This team needs to get "Sven" younger sooner then later!! The reality of this team is they have lost the PASSION. We need younger players who are going to bring some character. Iggy is a great guy, not enought character to get us over the top. Feaster, you have to act or you'll be done. Should be interesting to see how good he is and the direction he takes. The next few months will tell us all what the plan is? We all look forward to seeing a clear direction. It's long over due.
