I just told my GF about your illness and we are pulling for you. What I would suggest you do is have your wife rent (unless you own them) Ken Burn's Baseball and War. As I am sure you've watch KB's Baseball you know it will give you goose bumps and KB's War might make you cry....but it is amazing and should be watched. All the best.
