After this weekend, its back to the wild, wild west for McCully, as I take over the morning show for Country 93.3 in Fort McMurray.
As you can imagine, its bitter sweet, as I’ll be leaving behind quite the city…

-can you skate to work in the winter
-get kicked off a bus for raising the wrong eyebrow
-enjoy skunks running through your front yard DOWNTOWN
-have a city council debate over a loud air conditioner
-fart at a sold out hockey game and have people five rows away hear it
-have a daily whiplash factor of 9.5 or higher along the Ottawa U side of the canal on any given day

When a movie is hush-hush about what’s in it, its either really, REALLY good or…it sucks and no one wants you to know. Nowadays, guys like Will Farrell and Mark Wahlberg have conflicting reputations depending on who you ask. So when their movie “The Other Guys” didn’t have a “buzz” automatically generated and trailers weren’t really revealing much, people started to talk…that talk usually involved sentences with the word “suck” in it.
