I can’t be the only one amused with the gong show surrounding the Health Care debate in the States.
It me be unfair to for the world to ‘cliché characterize’ Americans as overweight, under educated and quick to violence. But these town hall meetings we’re seeing only reinforce those points.
None the less, fun to watch. Even the protester’s signs are enjoyable!

August 20th will mark an event that will touch us all and help those who are truly in need throughout our community.
The tough economic times are affecting every segment of our population. JACK FM has identified a group that are being left behind. With your help, we will turn this tragic tide.

At Jack we’ve shied away from the idea of a golf tournament in the past. But after hearing heart wrenching stories,we could no longer remain silent.

It’s been said that children are the future. What’s not said enough, is that it’s not all children. It’s those who come from families of means, it’s the well to do kids. It’s the advantaged children we need to help.
