I was watching some of the U.S. open golf tournament on the weekend. I have HD tv which of course shows much more detail. Most of those golfers that have been on tour for years have got terrible skin problems. Ernie Els who is 42 years old has skin that looks like leather. His face and neck are completely full of crevices and crows feet. He looks much older. So with summer coming up you make sure you put sun block on and cover up. Unless you want to increase your risk of skin cancer and look like the bottom of your uncle ernie’s leather shoe.
A friend of mine is a dermatologist and we were talking about that a while ago. He said that if you want to see what your skin would look like if it had zero sun damage, look at the skin on your butt.
Your butt is always covered. Obviously if you go to tanning booths nude, there will be sun damage. But your butt, since it is presumably, always covered, should be the least sun damaged part of your body. Now I wouldn’t recommend doing that at the sun block section in the pharmacy or anything. You might want to wait until you get home for the inspection. Trust me….. they don’t look to kindly on you when you pull your pants down and walk around the aisles asking customers if they see any wrinkles. NOT that I’ve ever done that……more than once.
