Justin Bieber has topped another list. Justin was the number one under 21-year-old on Billboard’s 21 Under 21 list. Bieber took the top spot from now 21-year-old Taylor Swift. Other celebrities who made the list include: Bieber’s girlfriend, Selena Gomez; Gomez’s BFF, Demi Lovato and 1/3 of the Jonas brothers, Nick Jonas.
