I”m always the one taking the pictures…not being in the pictures.  I am SO guilty of hiding from a camera unless I’m feeling “pretty.” And that’s not often… due to the hair up/no makeup/something on my shirt thing that all us Mamas seem to be sporting whenever a photo op presents itself.  This mama makes some great points. Get IN the pictures with your babies. Someday, they’ll need them

…..which means 2 things:

1. I’m going to be banished to the wee TV in our bedroom to watch “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” while my hubz is all greedy  snuggled in with the obnoxious six billionty inch TV in the family room because APPARENTLY you HAVE  to watch sports like that. Pfffft.

2. Everytime cotton pickin’ time football is on (which seems like 8 times a week for the next 11 months,) the hubz will be asking me to make the world famous chili cheese dip which I swiped of the side of a package of cream cheese years ago.  invented. Here’s the recipe so your football fan family will think you are the Goddess of Cheese too. FYI, this dip is also very good at distracting said hubz from actually looking up from the TV/dip while the Goddess of Cheese sneaks outta the house during the game clutching his credit card on route to the Coach outlet.

Here’s the recipe which I’m almost sure I’ve posted before but it’s so damn good/easy/arse widening I feel like it’s 2 post worthy, ya know?

1 package of cream cheese, softened

1 can of Stag Chili (or homemade if you have any, I also add a crapload of  few dashes of hot sauce at this point)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Layer ingredients in order listed in a pie plate and bake at 375 until bubbly and POOF! Instantly….you are the Goddess of Cheese.!

GO SAINTS!!!!!

Supercool idea! Canadian fans will most likely cite number 70 on the list as their favourite. Who’s going to try this? Or have you already?
