I’ll admit it. I like watching the Oscars. And there’s nothing wrong with that ! (touchy touchy) Here’s just a few of my picks for Oscar night tonight:

Who will win: Kathryn Bigelow
Who should win: Kathryn BigelowIf Bigelow wins for best director she’ll be the first woman in Oscar history to achieve that honour.

BEST ACTRESS
Nominees: Sandra Bullock (The Blind Side), Helen Mirren (The Last Station), Carey Mulligan (An Education), Gabourey Sidibe (Precious), Meryl Streep (Julie and Julia).

Who should win: Christoph Waltz
Best supporting actor is a shoo-in Christoph Waltz whose smug, chillingly charismatic Nazi Col. Hans Landa in Inglourious Basterds proved to be one of the most mesmerizing villains since Hannibal Lecter. He was awesome!
BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS
Nominees:Penelope Cruz (Nine), Vera Farmiga (Up in the Air), Maggie Gyllenhaal (Crazy Heart), Anna Kendrick (Up in the Air), Mo’Nique (Precious).
