- Having a bad day? Here’s a dose of cuteness to cheer you up »

Poor little Ava! She’s got a whole bunch of teeth coming in and it’s making our usually easy-going baby a crying machine! Strange how it’s only overnight…
So after a night with about 45 minutes worth of sleep – I’ll ask you: Do you have any tips on how to ease her pain? (thus allowing mom and dad to sleep!)

I’ve just learned to except it. When my daughter leaves for college, then I will sleep. Acutally probably not. By then I’ll be up all night worrying about her away from home and not under my protection.
Sleep. Who needs it?!
- JasonHi Jeff,
The best thing that I had found worked was to put the teething ring in the freezer. He liked the cold. I don’t know if that will help you at all.
- LaraAdvil, Advil, Advil.
It reduces the swelling of the gums and will help her sleep. You can also soak a baby cloth in water, roll it up and put it in the freezer, then give it to her to chew on, it helps to cool the inflamation of the gums.
- LaurieGripe water. You can find some at any drugstore in the baby section. Works like a charm.
