		<description>I agree that the way the High School baseball season is structured is ridiculous.  There are lots of teams and lots of kids playing but very little thought or effort into making it a positive experience.  My son's team plays a  total of 6 games plus playoffs.  With that type of schedule there is no way you can build a program that justifies the effort that the kids and the coaches put in.  Take the High School baseball programs in the States which play up to 50 games and most of the High Schools have their own diamonds which are beautifully maintained.</description>
