Hey Got Gamers!

As you probably have already heard on the Got Game Facebook page, or via our twitter account. This week’s show started off with Cooper and I having a heated debate about the scores of recent games we reviewed. If you haven’t heard about that, then I suggest you check out the podcasted version of last week’s show, in the audio file below, as soon as possible (or you can find us on iTunes by searching Got Game).

The majority of the coversation was pretty easy to follow. However, some may not have seen the “Patrick Chewing” commercial that Ken referenced. Luckily, we were able to track it down on Youtube.

Kyle Moffatt of Sony Computer Entertainment Canada also joined us to talk about Sony’s upcoming exclusive: Heavy Rain.

And don’t forget to tune in next week as we’ll finish this heated debate with input from Ken, Momin, and you the listener. Don’t forget to get into this debate by sending us a message via twitter, facebook, or via our email: Gotgame@fan590.com.

I’ll have to agree with ZCooper….Bioshock 2 deserved a 9. they added a good multiplayer, tweaked the gameplay, took a bit of a step back as far as story, but it was still engaging til the end.
but all in all, a review is just an opinion of the author, everyones experience is different…so I guess it’s all subjective in the end. PS, Mass Effect 2 bores me to tears. So much reading.

I can’t say that Bioshock 2 or Mass effect 2 deserve the score they got. Because I have not played either of them. But I do want to agree that a review is an opinion however like any opinion you need to back up the answers with facts.

I understand Bryan wasn’t given the allotted time he wishes to give more positive critiques of Mass Effect.

Hey Zack, saw you playing Borderlands on live, have you tried out the new DLC?

Yeah, just started playing it. Gonna get another dose in right now.

Either my character sucks (which would explain my struggles in The Underdome), or they weren’t kidding about ramping up the difficulty.

What’s your gamertag? You’re always welcome to join my game if you see me on there.

    DemonsOfTheFall
Played some it it last night with a buddy, it’s easier with others and the loots so much better.
It took a lot of adjusting to get use to the amped up difficulty, you just gotta stay back more and pot shot guys.

Finished it on the weekend. Man that was some good DLC…and it’s HUGE! I heard a rumour that this might be the last DLC, I hope not though…

I got through a small chunk of it… but now I’ve sent in my 360 for repairs.

    Hope it comes back soon.

…with the PSN bug, I got nothing!

hahaha, really? Red Rings of Death? I’m literally on my 5th xbox…me and my buddy have a backup we share for when it goes down…and trust me, they go down lots. the only reason I own a PS3 is because my 360 was getting repaired.

time to whip out the handhelds I guess.
