It's seems to be more of an action game with first person elements. Bioshock 2 comes out before that (launches February 9th), but I haven't heard 2K confirm dedicated servers for that game. I do know for sure that Battlefield Bad Company 2 (which comes out in March) will have dedicated servers for sure.
