Oh to be rich.  Wouldn’t it be nice to win the lottery?  Think of all the things you could do if you won a large sum of money.  You could buy a fast car, take a luxury vacation, build your dream home…the possibilities are endless. 

I think a lot of us try to imagine winning it big, why else would so many head to the store to grab a lottery ticket when the jackpots climb high? 

On the other side of the coin, would it really be a blessing?  Sure you could help out family and friends and buy anything you wanted, but those long lost friends would most likely pop out of the wood work.  What about your job?  Would you feel alienated if you decided to stay working?  Would people you know look at you differently, or expect you to do more to help them out?

I don’t know if the pros outweigh the cons in this situation.  It would be nice to win big…but maybe just enough money to keep the same life I have now.  I don’t think I need the 50 million, but 1 million would sure be nice!
