Valerie Bertinelli could not sleep the night before her photo shoot for the cover of the next issue of PEOPLE magazine. She was nervous and didn’t think she could get away with wearing a string bikini for the first time in 30 years. She has lost 50 pounds with Jenny Craig and celebrated her 49th birthday with this pose on the cover. She said she reduced her calories and started by walking 10,000 steps a day. That turned into running 5 times a week. She did indulge in a glass of champagne to celebrate though. You go girl!

Natasha Richardson, wife of Liam Neeson and daughter of Vanessa Redgrave died yesterday after a fall while skiing in Quebec. Her close family and two boys were at her beside when she was taken off life support. When someone in the spotlight dies it reminds us all how fragile we are and how life is not forever. Help her family celebrate her life by watching this.
