BAILEY TURNS 11 !

We said we were going to do it and we did. Even the girls at Thriftys where we got the cake, heard us talk about it. One of them yelled out “Oh ya, your dog Bailey is having a birthday today!” We have never celebrated a dogs birthday before but this one was special. If you’ve ever had an ailing pet and had to make that ultimate decision to ease their suffering, you know what we are talking about. Imagine though, that you made plans to end a life out of pure love and compassion and you get a reprieve? Bailey wanted to live and with every ounce of strength she had left, she showed us that she had more love to give. Every day is a gift now. Whether your loved ones greet you at the door with a warm embrace or a cold wet nose, hold them close and never take them for granted. Happy Birthday Bails…

We talked this morning about Comet, the trained goldfish. He can score goals, shoot hoops and do other amazing things. Makes you realize that they are a lot smarter than we think. Have a look at this and you too can have a trained fishy…
