Diversity, culture, communication, wise investments and addressing the lack of confidence in our city are the five main pillars of the 20-20 strategic plan.
The findings were presented at the Timmins Chamber of Commerce Annual general Meeting Wednesday.
Mayor Tom Laughren says it will take many partners in the community to get out of the planning stage an being implementing them.
Laughren added there is an estimated cost of 1 point 2 (m) million dollars over the next 10 years to get the initiatives off the ground.
