The Abitibi Eskimos split their weekend.
beating North Bay 6-3 Saturday at the Igloo,
but falling 6-5 to Temiskaming on the road last night.
Two players were handed NOJHL Awards.
Captain Josh Clancy named the leagues most gentlemanly player.
And leading scorer Erik Robichaud was named rookie of the year.
The Eskis open up their first round playoff series with the North Bay Trappers next Sunday March 6th 7:00PM at the Jus Jordan Arena.
