We might see less of Jon Gosselin.

A judge has ruled he must stop making media appearances that are at odds with his contract with TLC.

TLC CEO Edward Sabin testified that Gosselin has made unauthorized appearances and endorsements.

Case in point, he mentioned a pool party that Gosselin hosted at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.

Sabin says photos from the event were at odds with the wholesome image of the show, “Jon- Plus 8.”

Gosselin did not appear in court.

And, his lawyers did not present any evidence.

The judge granted a preliminary injunction.

A trial is scheduled for April 19.

T-L-C aired the final episode of “Jon and Kate plus Eight” last night — a somewhat abrupt halt in the wake of feuding and scandals consuming the estranged couple since they announced their split in June.

Kate Gosselin said ending the series now is “needless” and “useless,” and said their eight children are sad to see the show over.

Meantime, the couple’s divorce arbitration hearing has apparently gone well, and Jon’s lawyer says the divorce could be final by year’s end.

Even though they’re not officially a couple, Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman are still planning on spending Thanksgiving together. The on-off tabloid stars announced their plans — but fought over the issue — during a taped interview with Entertainment Tonight.

After Hailey announced, “My family and I would never let him eat Thanksgiving dinner alone in an apartment. He’s coming to our house for Thanksgiving. I don’t care,” Jon made her think about rescinding the invitation.

He replied, “I still planned on going to her house on Thanksgiving; that was on my schedule,” leading Hailey to retort, “On your schedule? What do you mean, ‘On my schedule?’

It kinda kept going like that….so it remains to be seen whether the original plan will hold up in the coming weeks.

Reports say Jon Gosselin stormed off set recently while taping a segment for Entertainment Tonight with on-off girlfriend Hailey Glassman. Hailey apparently told Jon that she doesn’t want to argue on national TV because their issues are “serious,” leading Jon to reply, “I wanted to discuss this in private, but now it’s public. I’m getting frustrated, because it’s uncomfortable. This whole thing’s uncomfortable. I don’t like it. I mean, you’re telling me out there that you love me and you want to be with me, and then you. . . ” It was shortly thereafter that Gosselin reportedly left the set.

Kate Gosselin is convinced that the world cannot get enough of — Kate Gosselin. The reality mom, who admitted on Monday night that she wants a career in front of the camera, will star in another TLC special on November 2nd. Star magazine reports that Gosselin will sit down with NBC’s Natalie Morales for one-hour special called Kate: Her Story, which will air in place of Jon & Kate Plus 8.

The network also announced that it will air special episodes of Jon & Kate Plus Eight throughout November, which will feature top moments from the show and never before seen footage. Reports say the last original episode of the hit TLC show will air on November 23rd.

With a divorce and lawsuit on his hands — and no job on the horizon — Jon Gosselin is hoping his time is valuable. Reports say the reality dad is demanding $10,000 – $12,000 for any personal appearances.

Apparently when offered first-class airfare, limo service and first-class hotel accommodations by a radio show to guest host their program — Gosselin countered with the five-figure fee.

Reportedly, Gosselin’s rep has been saying “[Jon's] name and appearance on your show will instantly draw press … and will be a high point for the show,” adding that he’s “quite funny, sharp witted and interesting.”

TLC is airing a special featuring Kate Gosselin next Monday (October 26th), during which she’ll be talking about her life and answering questions about her family. Reports say that during the show, she’ll answer questions about whether she’ll get married again, where she envisions her family in 10 years, and how fame has affected her children.

The special will air on the same day Kate and her estranged husband Jon are due to face off in court over their tempestuous financial situation.

In a new interview “octo-mom” Nadya Suleman said, “I have a crush on Jon Gosselin. I think he’s hot!” When it comes to dating, Suleman discourages Kate Gosselin from doing it, saying. “I don’t think any single mother of any amount of kids should start dating,” In other news, Suleman’s fertility doctor, Dr. Michael Kamrava, has been expelled from a national medical association.

TLC is suing Jon Gosselin for breach of contract, claiming the reality dad failed to meet his obligations as an exclusive employee of the network. The lawsuit, which was filed in a Maryland court on Friday, alleges that Jon violated his contract appearing on rival networks’ programs for pay and making unauthorized public disclosures about the show.

The network is seeking unspecified compensatory damages from Gosselin and is demanding that he return income gained as a result of his breaches of the agreement. They also want him to refrain from future violations of his contractual agreement.
TLC said in a statement, “The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful.”

TLC is reportedly shutting down production of Jon & Kate Plus 8 next month. Reports say that the network plans to squeeze out a couple remaining episodes from existing footage of the family, even though Jon recently forbade the network from filming his eight children.

Meanwhile, a former Gosselin babysitter with whom Jon reportedly had a fling…of course…is claiming that the reality dad has been snooping into estranged wife Kate’s email, phone and online bank accounts. Stephanie Santoro says, “Jon told me that he pretty much hacked into everything of Kate’s that he had access to. Her online banking, that he had a trace on every single one of her emails so anytime she would get an email he would get a copy of it.”
