Anticipation is building at Science North for the Body Worlds Vital exhibit, coming at the end of the month.

The province is providing the cultural centre with a total of 314-thousand dollars from three separate government programs.

The money will mostly be used towards marketing.

Local MPP Rick Bartolucci is ecstatic Science North in Sudbury is the Canadian Premiere for this exhibit.

He says this will encourage other visitors, economic opportunities and future attractions to Sudbury.

CEO Guy Labine says Science North will expand its hours of operation during the four months to appeal to the larger audiences.

He expects the Body Worlds Vital attraction will bring in teens and young adults along with the regular attendance by families.

An estimated 78,000 visitors are expected to check out the exhibit which opens April 28th and runs until September 3rd.
