Greater Sudbury Police have released the name of the man charged with Impaired Driving in connection to a head-on collision on Elm Street, back on March 24.

36 year old Jason Sagle was involved in the crash that left two other people with serious injuries.

Sagle was charged with two counts of impaired causing bodily harm and refusal to provide a breath sample.

He was also handed a 90 day licence suspension.
