Midnorth Mitsbushi received a special visit this morning from a car they hope will revolutionize the auto industry.
Their latest protype/model the i-Miev is on display today at the dealership as two of the only six cars in the country make their way across Canada.
The car has zero emissions, instead running on a high capacity lithium-ion battery
According to the company officials, it gets 120 kilometres on a single charge and is meant for pretty well regional use.
They expect the car to hit the market in late 2011, there’s no word yet on how much the base price will cost.
Analysts expect it to be a higher price than conventional cars at least for the interim.
The tour is expected to reach Vancouver by the 13th of September.
