The Ministry of Natural Resources has issued an advisory in regards to roads that are impassable due to the heavy rains from last week. The list of impassable roads includes: McDonald Creek Road which has several unsafe bridges and washouts; Carp River Road at Brant Lake; Pipe Lake Road 1-kilometre south of Carp Road intersection; Tribag Mine Road at kilometre 10; Garden Lake Road at Birch Lake and Mile 38 Road at several locations between kilometre 11 and Tay lake. Streams and rivers are also unpredictable at this time and the MNR advises stay away from riverbanks as shorelines can be unsafe.
