I finally got to do the Easter Seals Drop Zone yesterday.  Great event, tons of people taking part, at last count they had raised more than $65,000, which is terrific and well above their original goal.  Thanks to everyone who sponsored me, and everyone who came out to see me not get hurt! 

     Our audio cut out just as I was going over the edge.  Going over the edge is, by far, the scariest part of the whole thing.  And because we had no audio, and we were trying desperately to get the phone back working, I hung there, over the empty space, with no control of my own, for about six minutes!  It’s supposed to be five seconds of terror, followed by six minutes of descent.  Instead, I got six minutes of terror followed by the quickest possible descent I could manage!  There is, at least, a video.  Even though we couldn’t manage to get it on the air!  Here’s the video:
