Monday September 27 2010 – 9:29pm Eastern – Toronto, ON
In spite of some technical difficulties off the top of the show (that delayed our start by about 15 minutes), the exclusive FAN 590 webcast of “Media Day” was a huge success … as Jack Armstrong, Paul Jones and I had a chance to chat with a ton of players, coaches, and management about the upcoming season.
If you missed the show — (we were going at it for nearly two and a half hours!) — click on the following link and listen to the webcast in its entirety.

i agree E,,,, i like what i’m hearing and reading about this hungry and focused team,,,this team is going to surprise some,,not me though,, i got a handle on it,,go raps go
- lemongellofanAnd the ____ just keeps on coming. Make sure to listen to this again in January when the season is basically over!
- MarvinReally enjoyed listening to this. Based on this discussion of Chemistry, Leadership and the team not being Star-centric, the next question, to me, is clear. How much consideration does Bryan give to tampering with this emerging culture in using the TPE? The TPE has the potential to bring in an impact player. Isn’t it likely that all these ‘themes’ will then be affected?
- JonI could barely listen to The Fan (was it yesterday or today?) when Eric was discussing how this is the FIRST time EVER that he has no clue how the team will perform.
I hate the following term, but it’s exactly how I felt at the time:
Whatever.
I won’t go to a single game this year. Selling as many of my season tix as I can, eating the rest and then waiting until Colangelo is gone and the team seems recommitted to building a champion. Not a team built with absolute fringe players, with ownership and management talking complete garbage about the team’s youth movement and how it will sneak up on other teams in the NBA.
If anyone out there believes this crap…well, I’ve got some snow in my trunk to sell to you.
