Marco Belinelli will return to the Raptors lineup when they host the Pacers on Tuesday.
After missing Sunday’s loss due to a groin injury suffered against Miami, Belinelli says he’s eager to help the Raps get back into the win column.
“I’m happy to come back” says Belinelli. “I lost one game and I want to play. This is my first year where I really play, I don’t want to stay out. I’ll be ready for tomorrow.”
Wright’s status still not as clear
Having played in just one of the Raptors past five games, Antoine Wright is hoping that his sore left ankle heals enough to allow him to suit up on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
Wright along with Belinelli did take part in practise..saying he wasn’t feeling any pain
“I practised hard, we have two good teams back-to-back” said Wright. “Obviously they’ll need me out there, we’ll see what happens.”
Raps take on the Pacers at the ACC tomorrow night at 7pm right here on THE FAN 590. Paul Jones and Eric Smith have the call. Jarrett Jack takes on his former mates for the first time since signing with the Raptors in the off-season.
