- mdarnoneHoping the Raptors play better on defense than they did on Saturday. Scared, though - the Spurs look to be beatable tonight, but this is the kind of game San Antonio usually manages to win, somehow.

I think the Raps will beat the Spurs tonight but they do need to involve Turk and DD in the offense more often.
In response to what a blogger said yesterday in your blog Eric, I agree that VC should not be honoured now. Maybe when he retires they could acknowledge him not now. He quit on the team and that is unacceptable. I was a game on my B-day 5 years ago in Nov when they played the Spurs. They sat him and Jalen on the bench down 20 & they came back to win without them, that’s was definitely the nail in the coffin for his time in T.O.

I thought Jefferson was going to be a great addition to the Spurs, but it hasn’t worked out just yet (I know it’s early). But I thought he was going to be very good with the Bucks as well and that never happened.
It’ll be an interesting to watch the Spurs this year to see if they can put it together.
