- Eric SmithNew Orleans actually made some improvements this year. Okafor is better than Chandler, Songaila is way, WAY better than Sean Marks, and Ike Diogu is a break-out waiting to happen. Rookies Darren Collison and Marcus Thornton can play, too, but they remain chained to the bench because Byron Scott wants the fans to remain miserable. Sad state of affairs, that rookie situation.

- Spencer CI’m gonna agree to disagree Vic. Chandler was a better fit for this team - and I’m certainly not convinced that Okafor is better. Marks is still here — though I’ll give ya Darius S. Diogu: permanent potentail will always kill ya (and a coach). You have to step up at some point! Collison and Thornton are wild cards at best. In the west, this team did not do enough to improve. And they lost Rasual Butler too. Peja is aging and as much as I love Mo Peterson, he’s not the same player he used to be. So they’re not great on the wing — not where you’d wanna be with a stud guard.
