I said I’d be back with some info from Friday’s pre-draft workouts at the ACC (with Jrue Holiday, Jonny Flynn, Chase Budinger, Damion James, Alade Aminu, and Goran Suton) … so here ya go …
Jrue Holiday (UCLA - Freshman - SG/PG)
1. Likes the challenge of facing a quality “opponent” - in workouts - like Jonny Flynn
2. Some see him more as a combo guard … not a pure PG
3. Coming out after one year of school - pros and cons?
Jonny Flynn (Syracuse - Sophomore - PG)
* Flynn was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY
1. Why he made the decision to come out early
2. Size isn’t an issue (he’s about 5′10) - ‘cause smaller guards are hot in the NBA right now
3. A lot of PG competition this year (in the Draft)
4. Would love to play in Toronto
I only spoke with those two players.
Why?
To be honest … I don’t see the Raps going with Budinger, Suton, James, or Aminu with their #9 pick … so I focused my time on the two guys I consider legit options for T.O.

Johhny Flynn seems like a good guy. i loved to watch him in Collage. I wouldnt mind to see him taken WITH A BOUGHT PICK not with our #9 pick.
Eric where do u see Flynn going and say he does come, what does this do to Roko?

Are the Raps going to live by “BPA all the way?”
I think Flynn could well be BPA at #9 … he doesn’t fill a pressing need but I hate passing on talent, especially guys with character and some balls.

I think it is:
Baron Davis
Allen Iverson
Shawn Marion
Zach Randolph
Andrew Bogut
I say Shawn Marion is overrated because his stats were high because he was coached by Mike.D.T

- Raps FanHey E big imma big fan of you and jonsey. . . My question to you is. . . With the raptors expected to take Tyreke evans or Derozan if they fall. . . Lets say we do take one of these guys, who pick would the raps target next. . . could we possibly buy like the 16th pick of minesota? and if we do move up in the mid to late teens, can we use players like joey graham to move up in the draft and may be buy our way up as well? I’d appreciate it if you could answer these questions :) thanks
