- 2ND half defence. Toronto gave up % shooting to the Wizards in the 2nd half (27/43 FG)

The Raptors were 8 of 22 from 3PT range

Washington obviously made the necessary 2nd half adjustments. The Raptors had no answer.
- TimGreat loss hope they can get the number 1 pick!
- Raps FanWell I guess the winning FLUKE ended, and the losing streak has started.
- TomGfromBramptonHow much longer do we give Brian Colangelo to put together a serious Championship contender…?
The team in it’s current form does not look very threatening, and if it’s true that NBA teams can turn things around pretty quickly, I would think Colangelo should get a maximum of two more years to show that this team can contend for a championship – let’s hope this season is a one year aberration.

- marioThe most disappointing thing about this season was the lack of team work the selfishness displayed and the utter lack of heart that showed itself way to often on the home court in front of an almost sold out crowd every night.I do not profess to know much about coaching but the one thing Mitchell did was get the players to play hard almost every night.the stategy he used started to fail and he was let go.I didn’t disagree with the move but what it showed me was that after Triano took over and it fell on the players to motivate themselvesand adjust thier games they couldn’t do it therefore the conclusion I come to is the talent gathered in Toronto might be good plyer to player as a team it is a failure and needs a major change.Bosh is the player that needs to go.I think he is a solid player and person but in my eyes he is not a max player by any stretch of the imagination.Calderone perhaps was slowed by injuries a bit and keeping in mind it is his first year as a starter in the NBA I will give him some more rope but he has to do a better job defending. The biggest surprise was the improvement of Bargnianni I see him getting better every year and an all-star in his future. The rest of the team is made up of player who can stay or go with the exception of Parker who I believe would make an excellent player coming off the bench.Which leaves me to the worst move Colangelo has made as G.M. of the Raptors, the signing of Ka pono.Thier is not much to say about this guy but he stinks.
Hoping Colangelo makes the right moves this off season…..
I understand that my comment has nothing to do with this blog but I believe that if anyone addresses the fans before tip-off at the last home game of the season it should be Bryan Colangelo. Although I am a supporter of his and believe he is the man to turn this around, he needs to take responsibility just like Glen did and make a statement this evening that gives all Raptor fans hope for next year. We put up with this years B.S. (I don’t know how but we did) now it’s his turn to come on out, hear a few Booos and prove to us that he is capable!
