MADNESS
After a brutal start to the day yesterday, I came back in a BIG-TIME way.
My bracket wasn’t looking so good – losing 2 of the first 3 games on Thursday afternoon. BYU and Butler let me down.
But I proceeded to go 11-0 the rest of the way (including my Western Kentucky upset pick; and surviving a scare in the UCLA/VCU game) to finish with a 14-2 record thus far. Not bad at all.
And so far – with four games underway on day 2 as I’m writing this – I’m looking good to go 4-0 at this point. We’ll see — it’s early.

I won’t say it. I haven’t said it for about a month now.
However, the players aren’t quitting on the PLA_ _ _ _ _ just yet.
Chris Bosh said this morning that Toronto has to look to run the table over their last 14 games – and play like one of the hottest teams in the NBA – if the Raps hope to make it into the PO_ _ SEAS_ _.
Considering how this year has gone, I’m sure none of you (and me) think it’s a legit possibility … but … for what it’s worth … Toronto does have 11 of their final 14 games against teams under .500

- Lanny from WhitbyYour bracket will probably look better than mine! I started hot but am fizzling. I looked at it, I know i shouldn’t, but the coin has let me down! Did anyone call him on it? I mean no disrespect but I’d have to point out that their longest winning streak has only been 3 or 4 games if i’m not mistaken. How can “running the table” even be considered? I know its a positive outlook but a realistic look is that they have struggled to win consistently all season. Am I missing something. I know I’m being negative but its laughable to think that all of a sudden they are smoking through the remainder of the season. Oh well 7pm, i’m there!!

- E. SmithBosh and Bargnani don’t seem to look for one another. It looks like a point contest between the two. It’s really sad when these two are on the court at the same time. Pops does seem to complement either or.
