Chris Bosh did not take part in a full practice with the team and has been ruled out for tomorrow’s game in Minnesota. The Raptors will try to avoid matching their season high 7-game losing streak on Tuesday before hosting San Antonio on Wednesday. Check out the video report special to FAN590.com

I know it must be hard for a guy like Bosh who relished the US Olympic opportunity, to opt out of a chance to lace ‘em up at All Star game and play with LeBron, D Wade, Superman etc.
But with the betterment of the Toronto Raptors being paramount, he really should take the week off and totally heal, like Calderone will (no choice).
Then he doesn’t risk injury and avoids the whole “well, he’s played a lot of ball with the Olympics and the All Satr game” when (if) he gets run down in the 2nd half
- Garyas much as this tsn2 thing pisses me off to no end, the raps are lucky that so much of their fan base isn’t getting to see what a joke this team has become…
i know that sounds harsh, but it’s the truth…at no point during a game do you EXPECT them to win, even if they’re up 12 in the 3rd…when they are up double digits, you just hang in there to see how they’ll blow it…
just an embarrassing time to be a raps fan…at least i’ve got my flames and stampeders to keep me going, what do the rest of you born and bred TO cats have? i don’t even mean that in a trash talking way, i mean that in the most sympathetic way possible…times are hard, and the raps are the biggest of all the disappointments around here…
- Jay Bbosh missing the all-star game is justice…he’s got all-star #s, and is an all-star in the literal sense of the word, but when YOUR team is the biggest disappointment of the nba season, it really should count against your rank amongst the game’s elite…
i love devin harris, but over mo williams? i don’t know about that…
i don’t know who belongs there instead of bosh, but it’s no kind of injustice that bosh won’t be recognized with the game’s elite, when you take a snap-shot at what his team has achieved…it’s a team game, and his personal #s don’t stand on their own, in my opinion…
- Jay BBosh only cares about his own stats…
- d57fanHe’ll be playing in the All-Star game, he just doesn’t want to be out-played by Tim Duncan again…lucky for him al Jefferson is out…Jefferson is the player that Bosh SHOULD be…
Jason Kapono should go to PHX for Robin Lopez because he has something that PHX can’t find in him! (if they are going to trade JO)
- RAPS FANRasheed Wallance going to the Spurs?
If that happens it is all over for the Lakers and Boston. And only PHX can take them on!
- RAPS FANDemar DeRozan 6-6 SG USC / Freshman
- RAPS FANFreakishly athletic wing player with all the natural tools and physical attributes NBA scouts look for in a potential star. Excellent in transition, shows a smooth looking stroke, and appears to have a world of talent at his disposal. Still raw in the half-court, not a great ball-handler or shot-creator, struggles from beyond the arc, tends to coast at times, and is an average defender at best. Clearly has a huge upside, but is far from being productive even at the college level.
Comparison: Gerald Green Stats: 11.2 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 1.2 apg
Rookie season salary*: $2,168,520 Ranking: 2nd Shooting Guard / 4th Freshman
I think the Raps might get Demar DeRozan
- RAPS FANI’m trying to think of anything Colangelo did this year to improve the team ? O’Neal trade has obviously wrecked the team’s chemistry .Voskuhl I presume is a good practice player .
- Chas CalzThe firing of Sam at 8-9 was a premature blunder .
Letting Triano learn on the job has so far been a disaster .
He started 8-12 then when his system was completely installed, Raps go 3-13. Colangelo has blown smoke regarding Bosh since he is powerless to do much else .
It’s hard to stay optimistic , but a 19-10 run by Raps may get us into playoffs , and Colangelo might regain his elite status.
