After taking a day off, the Raptors were back at practice ahead of a big divisional match tomorrow night in Jersey against the Nets. Since Jose Calderon has come back to the lineup after resting his hamstring, the Raptors seem to have found a decent solution to their backup point guard woes. What is impressive about Raps is that they have a lot of nice people on the team .. There seems to be very little morale problems .
Everyone seems optimistic ..
Even trade rumors don’t seem to have disrupted things ..
Let’s hope they can get wins over Nets and Bucks .. to give them the confidence to face the 4 tough games after those 2 .
- Chas CalzJalen Rose sounds a little jaded with how his career basically ended while as a member of the toronto raptors. If Bosh is here in two years the raptors will still be .500 or less. Bosh 4 lee and a first sounds good to me although the salaries are a problem. Bosh 4 Dirk would be better. I think of bosh as an asset to the team now and have come to the conclusion that he will not be here for much longer and Jalen (overpaid crybaby) Rose is right but still an — hole.

Get over it folks:
It’s a long way off, he likes TO, winning makes it more attractive so concentrate on that, Coangelo is a good guy to play under, he likes Triano, he could own TO if they can go a ways in the playoff he’ll make a ton here.
I could see Orlando or Miami could be attractive more for the weather snd who he could play with than anything, but the relentless criticism in places lie NY are to be avoided for all but the hardcore.
So we need to put quality around him and WIN.
- GaryIts the American media whose coming up with this BS…that said i refuse to belive anything till either an extension is signed or chris leaves…whatever happens happens…we will live…but i dont understand why he would leave unless he has a GUARANTEED CHAMPIONSHIP or a RIDICULOUS MONEY…as of now two years from now the raps will have a good Center…DEVELOPED BARNEY (lets hope), a solid PG in JOSE, and a key bench piece ROKO…everyone else will either have contract up or traded…with the cap space potentially…hey may stay ladies and gentleman…

And in my opinion this is stupid but, in 2010 if Bosh won’t sign with the Raps then you sign JO and someone else so they can play with

That’s my opinion IF BOSH LEAVES! and that’s what I would do if I am BC if he does not trade JO this season or next season!
If I am Bryan.C I would try to find a PF to replace Chris Bosh or play like him in which getting rebounds and shooting GOOD jumpers like a Garbo but, I young guy so, if Bosh leaves you have a good back-up plan.
I hope Jalen is WRONG because if the Raps get Marion it would be good and he can help us go to the playoffs but, what if he leaves us, of the end of the season then what would the Raps do? But, it can work like how the Pittsburgh Penguins got Hozza last year and helped them get to the finals! Hope that can happen to the Raps !!!!!!!!

- DMillarHey Eric here’s an idea. Get Jalen on Hoops, or tell Jack and Doug to get the guy on the gameplan, lets hear it out the horses mouth. If he’s so sure CB4 is gone then get on the air in that market and explain yourself. If Jalen feels he’s to good to talk to u guy’s maybe he’ll talk to the Franchise. (Mckown) To me it sounds like he is holding a grudge against Toronto for sum reason, or maybe he smells blood and is trying to make a name for himself similar to Steven Smith. Either or these comments are hurtful to me a long standing Raps fan. Its like telling a friend his girlfriend is cheating but u dont have any prof of it. Jalen either explain urself to the Toronto fanbase or shut ur mouth.

- AndreaYo, Eric can the Raps get Steve Francis for a 10 day contract because he can help on the SG position because the Raps need help there and there is no harm in doing that and do you think if Joey Graham can play of the bench constantly do you think he will be in the starting line-up and I think Steve Francis signing wont hurt the Raps!
