I’m bitter right now.

The Bills are losing.  I just lost my fantasy QB too (Trent Edwards (while my other guy, Joe Flacco, is on my bench and lighting it up)).  And I hear it’s snowing pretty hard back in T.O.

But I’ll get over my bitterness quickly - seeing as I’m about to go chill out poolside, and enjoy the 25-degree weather in LA.  I’ll get in a little R&R before the Raps and Lakers tip it off in about 6 hours.

Enjoy the vlog folks.  Jonesy and I will check in with another one tomorrow, and I’ll have a post-game blog/recap after the ball game tonight.

How about using a proper camera for next season’s vlog E? The digital camera does it’s jub but I would’ve liked to see the poolside and Rodeo drive the way you talked about it.

Hey Jonesey, no snow up here yet but I got my Christmas light up :-) and my last eavestrough cleaned out on the same day - that’s multi tasking efficiency…

I used to spend a lot of time in LA…enjoy the pool…and the smog.

I’m looking for a miracle, maybe a hard foul by JO on Kobe, for the Raps to have a chance with a Lakers team firing on all cylinders.

    Go raps

Jonesy as Julia Roberts. hahaha. You two simply rock! Great stuff.

Okay, my favorite team (Lakers) v my 2nd favorite team (Raptors). Can’t get any bigger than this for me. Eric, you still a big Lakers fan? I mean were you rooting for them in the last year’s finals?

CJ - To be honest, not likely! I don’t wanna be stuck carrying around another bag, and having to lug around a video camera.

This VLOG just started as something fun - and we think it’s kind of fitting as well that the quality isn’t ‘great’ because … hey … we’re ‘only’ the radio guys — we’re not dealing with the big budgets of TV, etc.

Perhaps I can try to do a few photo blogs for ya … to show you some of the scenery, or enlist the services of one of our friends on the road to serve as a cameraman (and, no, I’m not hiring any of you! Haha)

No smog (well, little smog) in LA at this time of the year Gary, but I hear ya

As for JO … nothing is official yet, O’Neal is still a game-time decision for tonight.

However, my gut tells me he’ll play.

We’ll find out in about an hour

    Glad you’re liking the vlogs

And, yes, I still have a place in my heart for the Lakers. Magic Johnson was my guy when I was growing up. I can’t just forget about ‘em!

I totally enjoy the VBlog and I completely commend you for doing it. So it’s not that I don’t appreciate all the little conversations and effort you guys out into it, but would you be able to talk a little more about the game as opposed to mostly about the town you guys are in. I mean don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind all those little stories, but a little more pre-game analysis would be appreciated.

So, when you were younger, were the Lakers your favourite team Eric?

Also, were there any celebrity sightings while you were staying in L.A?

    Glad you’re liking the vlogs

I’ll be honest … we’ve been doing more generic vlogs - ’scene setters’ - as opposed to talking about the game … because … the early feedback from folks was … that what they wanted. People were saying they were getting enough ‘game’ coverage in blogs, columns, previews on the net … so they said they wanted something ‘different’

We’re trying to do as much balance as we can.

Yes … the Lakers were my team

    Andrew -
No celeb sighting yet … other than Pat Riley at the hotel bar, and former NBA’er Olden Polynice as well. I thought it’d be a bit more hoppin’ at the bar on a Saturday night! Oh well

I’m sure I’ll see plenty tonight at Staples, and maybe check the hotel again tonight.

Can’t you make the V-logs bigger?

Eric you said the New Jersey game was the worst game in Raps history. How about the LA game where Kobe Bryant went off for like 80 something points?

Not sure what you mean by bigger

    Size? No

Length? Some have been as long as 7:00 minutes, others have been 3:00 …

Mo, I said it was “one of the worst”

And … in addition … I said “One of the worst *AT THE ACC* … ”

Kobe’s 81-point performance in LA … was crazy

I don’t know if you’ve done a blog regarding…”The Summer of 2010″, but could you maybe look at doing one specific to the Raptor’s Situation with Bosh and such?

Also, some people are saying that the Raps could make a push for Shawn Marion by trading some contracts that expire before 2010…..your thoughts?

Hey guys. THERE IS A SCORING MALFUNCTION! I AM 100% SURE IT WAS 32-29 after 1 and at the start of the second it said 34-29. The NBA needs to look into this problem or else it can be dejavu of that game vs Atlanta.

I’m not sure if it’s a SCORE glitch or NBA glitch because every boxscore looks different. I’m very confused right now.
