Thumbs Up:

Thumbs Down:
- Points in the paint: 42-22 Bobcats. They came into this game 27th in the league in that category.
Smith says:
- “I don’t know if I would’ve called this game a ‘must win’ … but it was sure close to that. Toronto had to get this one - and they need the one on Friday as well. They’ve gotta get some momentum going again before hitting the road this weekend.”
Jones Says:
- “This was an unspectacular, but a very necessary win. Maybe this calms the waters enough for the Raptors to re-focus and get another win Friday before going out West.”
“V-Tech” 3-In-To-Win Give-Away:
The Raptors were 6 of 16 from 3PT range
Next game:
- Hawks @ Raptors
– Friday November 28- Tune in at 7:00pm for the “Pizza Pizza” starting line ups

See what Joey can do when he is not afraid to make a mistake because Sam will pull him immediately after. A player like Joey needs to learn to play through mistakes and Sam has to give him that chance. He did tonight and we saw what he can do.
Eric,
- StephanI have been hearing rumours about Gerald Wallace possibly joining the Raps. Any truth to this? Have you heard anything? I know you don’t like rumours but this one is a little to sweet to completely ignore.
Can someone explain to me why Jason Kapono is only averaging 1.4 3-point attempts per game? Why don’t the Raptors utilize him more? He’s arguably the best (statistically) 3-point shooter in the game and that’s all the Raptors can draw up for him! What a waste of talent.
- LeeLee,
The raps drawing up plays for him is not the issue; historically Kapono just does not shoot the three nearly enough.
Look at his time before Toronto; only in his contract year did he average more than 3 attempts a game.
For his career he averages 1.9 attempts a game from three, which is less than %30 of his total shots as he averages 6.3 from the field. He simply does not shoot enough from long range.
- MikeYO Eric. J.K who? There was a guy whom played for the Heat Won a 3point shooting champ 3times? any way I heard he went free agent and got hook-up for $2000000. U have any ideal of what team he plays for?
- john artisI don’t understand that in a year where Bosh is averaging career numbers, O’Neal is averaging a double double, Bargnani has vastly improved both offensively and defensively, Jose is second in the league in assists and yet this team still looses?!?!
- D12Nice game by Grahan . I wonder if Raps are showcasing Joey for a trade ?.. I think that was hinted at . If O’Neal stays healthy, and Bosh contines his MVP -calibre play , Raps could win 45-48 games you think ?
- Chas CalzJoey Graham had nice game .. Maybe he deserves a few starts .. see if he can play consistently well ..
- Chas CalzI’d like to see Raps experiment with different starting line-ups .. Maybe that will jump start a winning streak
A much needed win although you would have expected the margin to have been greater against the NBA’s lowest scoring team. Not discounting Bosh’s terrific effort, didn’t Wallace look good - would have love to see JO and him go at it.
Thumbs up to Joey Graham. All he has to think is “I’ve earned at least first-off-the-bench staus and just have to remember what I brought last game” Do that every night and you have a shot a 7th man award :-)
Gotta win home vs the Hawks because LA, Denver and that western road trip will be tough even with O’Neil healthy.
- GaryNo way Eric, Have to disagree with the “Alice Fazooli’s” Player of the game. I know Joey had a good Game but another monster game for CB4. The fact he took the team on his back (as he should) and was a man possessed at the on set of the game should be recognized. But hey hopefully next game he will another monster game and get the dinner!! Heck if not, Send me his bill!! LOL Hear you tonight on HOOPS!
- LannyEric, Can someone please tell me what the media’s and the fan’s expectation of the raptors is based on, or even last years prediction that the Rap’s would beat Orlando in the playoffs. Is expectation based on the one good year that Bargnani has or the fact that we have a superstar that can score 40 points on any given night and his team only win by six, What is expectation really bases on. The Raps team has not changed much since the two first round playoff loses. The Raps have guys that came into out of nowhere surprised everyone and then began to get figured out the following year. Please tell me why does the expectation of the Raps sound similar to the expectation of celtics or Orlando, Philly or any other team with more than one scorer. please tell me Why?
