Despite telling me last night that he didn’t think his hamstring injury was a big deal, Joey Graham was held out of this morning’s workout. He won’t practice tonight either. He’s going to get some tests done this afternoon … to find out the severity of his right hamstring injury.
Unfortunately, this injury comes at a bad time for Graham. He had a solid summer and after chatting with some of the coaches and trainers, word is that he was one of the most impressive players at camp on Day 1 - before he got hurt.
Apparently Graham pulled the hammy while running (”flying” - as one of the coaches put it) down the floor for a breakout pass. Initially, folks were worried that it was his knee – maybe an ACL or MCL — but Graham quickly told them ‘No, it’s just my hammy’.

Joey Graham is out call off the season!!! LOL. I like Joey he is a nice guy and seems like he is a really cool person but I personally will be happy when is contract is over and he can move on and I can too. He has just been a real disappointment and is Ironic. ESPN praised the pick of Graham and bashed Charlie V into the ground but who would you rather have now ESPN?
Doing a great job in Ottawa keep up the good work Eric.
