(4:25p Eastern) – I just finished talking to Chris Bosh in Sacramento … and he told me that he’s circling Wednesday as his possible return date to the Raptors line up.
Bosh has been doing some light workouts over the last couple of days. He ran with the team at shoot-around yesterday morning, and was back on the floor at practice today.
Bosh told me he has next-to-no pain in his right knee right now. He’s feeling drastically better … and finally able to go through drills, etc. with no major aches or issues.
Bosh admitted that he’ll still need a few days to get the strength back in his legs – so don’t expect to see him play against Sacramento or Utah – but he’s definitely on the road to recovery. He said it wasn’t that long ago that he couldn’t back-peddle or even walk up stairs without experiencing pain … but that’s all gone now.
So there ya have it folks … if you’ve got tickets to Wednesday’s game at the ACC … you might have a chance to see CB4 in action for the first time in 10+ games.
You can hear my 1 on 1 chat with Bosh on tomorrow night’s Raptors/Kings pre game show.
