I received this note today from Sue Dewar and group. WOW!!!! What a fantastic event and a terrific result. The surgery centre at CHEO can really use this money to help take care of our kids so, THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!! (see below)
On Wednesday, February 29th, the Student’s Council from Rideau Valley Middle School served over 1000 pancakes to staff and students of both Ridea Valley and Kars Public School, in our 2nd Annual Pancake Breakfast event. The theme of the day was ‘Acceptance’ and our Council reps looked great in their ‘Sea of Pink T-Shirts’ for anti-bullying.
We are proud to make a donation, on behalf of Rideau Valley Middle Schoo,l for the amount of $1500 to the Doc and Woody Fund for the Operating Rooms at CHEO. It is our pleasure to support such a worthy cause!
