A pedestrian was struck and killed on Riverside south of Vye road Wednesday morning
The 40 year old man was hit by a truck heading south just after 6:30 AM
The accident closed Riverside for several hours while police investigated.
The driver of the truck remained on scene and is cooperating with police.
Drugs and alcohol don’t seem to be a factor.
